Is a Former Prime Minister of The United Republic of Tanzania and the
incumbent Member of Parliament for Monduli Constituency in Arusha Region, Northern Tanzania.
He represents the ruling party, Chama cha Mapinduzi (CCM). Honourable Lowassa was born on
August 26th, 1953 in Monduli. He was raised up in the Ngarash area of Monduli Township and
is the eldest son of The Late Mzee Ngoyai Lowassa.
